It depends on how long you put them in light. If absorb enough light, they glow last for one hour.

Q: Has anyone tested the balance of these dice?

The glow material doesn't seem to have had a significant effect on the balance, while a couple of them do favor certain areas, its nothing you wouldn't also get on a matte set
