First thanks to Amazon for the speedy delivery and no-compromise on the packaging. The Vacuum Cleaner was indicated to be delivered on or before June 21, but it was delivered on June 13.Since we moved to our new home couple of days ago, the early delivery was like perfect case of good timing. The Vacuum Cleaner met all the expectation that it is required to meet. The motor is really powerful and does the cleaning well. Yes, miss the blower, but not much of a deterrent. It's compact, moves around the house easily, good looking and really easy to clean the container post usage. The accessories, which are the crevice & fabric brush are neatly tucked withing the machine. Easy to store.Way to go, B&D!

It’s a very easy to use vaccum. Good suction and it’s baraa so it’s worth.they provide Indian attachment to plug too. But only drawback is less attachments. Only three attachments cannot clean everything.

Good handy design. Takes less space. Ample of long wire. However plug is not india rated 3 pin round plug. It is flat 3 pin European, middle eastern standards. The adapter is provided but it is 2 pin (round) and it comes out easily with slightest movement of cable.

The vacuum cleaner worked for all of 4 months before conking out. Then for the last weeks, I have been trying to get someone from Black and Decker to fix it. The issue is I cannot even get the relevant person on the phone. If you call the main service center, they give you someone else's number. You call them, they say they are not responsible and give you a further different number. No one picks that call. Now you call back the previous number and get a different one. Call that and they only service industrial devices. And so the story goes on and on. I have wasted good time and money on the phone and been totally unsuccessful so far. This is absolutely rubbish.The vacuum cleaner itself is ok. nothing special. While the suction power is fine, the attachments are not of great quality. The wheels of the floor cleaner do not have quality ball bearings(if they have any) and take effort to roll. Also the design of the exhaust is such that it blows hot air on your ankles while you are vacuuming (if you are right handed). For the price and the brand, both the product and the service are a total disappointment.I would never buy a Black and Decker item again.

The product provides a high power suction. It’s easy to assemble and use. The maintainence is very simple where you can open the filters and clean it. There are additional parts also given for vacuuming places where your nozzle cannot go to. Dirt removal is easy as you can hold the dirt bowl and empty the dirt into the dustbin just like a beer jug. A must buy!!

Well ..great product, with outstanding suction power. Very powerful and provided with all necessary attachments. Looking for dyson but was very expensive . But seriously very satisfied with my purchase..

This vacuum has a serious flaw — it doesn't support blow. Blow is an essential part of cleaning with a vacuum, since there are many situations in which it works better: curtains, open shelves, walls, rooms, window meshes, and so on. Besides, blow is always more powerful than suction, in any vacuum, so it's good to dislodge dust before using suction as usual.This vacuum doesn't have blow, so don't buy it unless you already have another vacuum that you plan to continue using along with this. Vacuuming in my house is now a two-vacuum affair, which is a little inconvenient. I also don't know what I will do if my old vacuum (with blow) breaks down. Especially for a price of 12K, I'm unhappy that it doesn't have blow.Except for the lack of blow, this is an excellent vacuum — the suction is much better than my old Eureka Forbes vacuum. So much more dust is picked up, and the floor remains clean for more days, rather than accumulating dust in a day or two.This vacuum is small and light, and the big wheels roll easily, so the vacuum follows you as you pull it, as opposed to my old Eureka Forbes vacuum, which veers off to a side and bangs against the walls, chipping the finish off them and making them look ugly.There are just two attachments, which is all I use anyway.This is a bagless vacuum. Which means, instead of a plastic or cloth bag, there's a plastic canister (dabba) that the dust fills up in. It's transparent, so you can see how much dust is there. And it's easy to empty, and easy to wash. With the dust bag of my old Eureka Forbes vacuum, the dust never completely comes out no matter how much you shake it. And when you shake it, the dust falls all over the floor instead of in the dust bin. You have to soak the bag in a bucket, which takes hours and requires several rounds of washing (which in turn dirties the floor of your bathroom). None of those problems occur with this bagless vacuum.There are many small touches, like the cord retraction mechanism being smoother than my Eureka Forbes. And as you pull out the cord, there's an indicator well in advance, so you don't hit the end even if you pull it out very fast.All in all, a great vacuum, unfortunately limited by the lack of blow. I don't recommend this unless you already have another vacuum. Or blow doesn't matter to you, in which case you should go ahead and buy this.

Suction is good. However, the main unit is bulkier than 6.5 kgs. And it’s difficult to move it around when the room has too many furniture. The functionality of the vacuum is good. I have used Black & Decker before. But this one did not suit me. Got severe back problem in trying it twice itself.
