Would be really cool and sleek looking if it was able to be put together....
Well let me start by saying that all of the pieces are here and appear to be correct, and the color is right (we chose the dark blue one with the foot rest just like the one in the photo)....& all of that is great and exactly what i wanted.....BUT i've now been attempting to put this bike together for almost 3 hours and I've taken 2 trips to the hardware store for bigger clamps and it still isn't going together right. I don't know if i got sent the wrong tools, or wrong instructions, or what, but something isn't right and i am beyond frustrated. When i read that i had to put some pieces together i figured i would just be attatching the seat or the handles or something but its literally the whole thing...i put together my baby crib, and my entire kitchen table and chairs set--And this is harder. Like, way harder than it needs to be. And the instructions are garbage and dont make any sense, so dont bother even reading them. I ended up just zooming in on the stock photo to try and copy what its supposed to look like since we ordered the exact same one. I will also say that the seat and rear wheel are totally fine-the problems i am having are all in the steering/handle bar region...the front wheel and steering column and handle bars all spin independently of each other, and theres no way to control them. The clamps i was sent don't clamp tight enough to do anything. I don't know how my kid would be supposed to steer this at all? Everything just spins! I told my son he'd have a bike today by 5pm... now its close to 8pm. We picked this bike out together after reading tons and tons of reviews and looking at all different styles, and then we tracked the package online and he had been so patient for it to get here, but now its here and he is gonna have to wait until i can find someone to help me figure out what to do about it (which may take me a while since my husband works late and my parents live far away.) I may just re-box it and return it and get a different brand even though this is the one we liked 😕 I'm very disappointed and frustrated. I can't figure out whats wrong and its making my brain hurt...but worse than that my son is super sad. ***edit, 11:30pm after my husband coming home and taking a look at it (& me calming down and having a glass of wine) he shaved off some paint and hammered on the original clamp and DID get it to go on, so now everything appears to be in its right place and working! But man, that clamp was a real beast. I feel like it could be fixed somehow with some re-designing of the front end.

Great bike, despite some quality control issues
Overall we're satisfied with the bike but it took two tries. The initial one that arrived had a bad weld inside the steering column that prevented it from turning without friction and significant effort for our 3 year old son. It was also missing some of bushings required for proper assembly. We contacted the manufacturer and they resolved it quickly and thoroughly and everything is great now. Here's a summary:Bike: AWESOME! It's light weight and easy for our 3 year old son to maneuver. It's very easy to adjust the seat and handle bar height to fit him best. He's tall for his age and the bike still has a bit that he can grow into. Assembly was unreal fast and easy. He really loves it and the color/styling is great too! (We got the blue one for reference.)Manufacturing: They have some quality control issues here. As already mentioned, the first bike had a bumpy weld and missing some pieces. The second one that arrived didn't have these issues but the brace that connects the steering bar to the bike itself required a bit of bending to make it fit. I'd rather it be too tight than too loose but thought it was worth mentioning given that it was the second one we received.Customer Service: Unparalleled...perhaps the best experience I've ever had when contacting a company. They were polite and professional and extremely responsive. They were very concerned about resolving the issue to our satisfaction (which they did). I'm not usually a "review writer" but given the effort they put in to helping us I wanted to post this.Overall I would definitely recommend this bike. It cost less than a lot of other options but doesn't lack any features we felt were necessary for a balance bike for our toddler. If we didn't get a wonky bike initially this would easily be a 5 star product...even so I recommend this bike!

Not as lightweight as described
It’s a really cute bike and my daughter loves it because it’s pink. But, If I could give this bike 3.5 stars, I would’ve. One star off because it is not 5.6lbs as stated. My son has another brand of balance bike that weighs 4lbs, and this bike is about 2.5-3lbs heavier than his. Not sure if the weight of the bikes are different with and without the footrest. But it’s actually pretty heavy for my 2 year old. I would’ve also given half a star off because the “cushion” on the seat isn’t as “comfy” as stated because my daughter rides it for a few minutes and then says her butt hurts and has to take a break before going back on it again. Aside from these, the bike does what it’s suppose to do. It was also a very easy assembly. My 2yr old gets on it and is only at the “walking” stage but she enjoys it and always talks about “my pink bike”. Which was why I didn’t mind giving it 4 stars.

Good balance bike option for under $50
My 3.5 year old loves this bike and rides it everywhere now! He got fast and steady pretty quick once he was motivated to stay on and try. He was having trouble riding a different balance bike (geometry was just strangely off) he was getting frustrated and then we tried this! It is easy to use and light weight. It is not very high quality but figure it is transitional: it has plastic bushings for the steerer, not bearings; and the wheel bearings are decent but not great... at the price it is expected and acceptable. I wish the seat post had a bit more length, he’s tall for 3.5 but he is maxed out and could really already use another 1/2” or so and getting taller every day. Good looking bike and very functional though, very glad I bought it!

Lightweight and easy to assemble bike
We bought this bike for our toddler for Christmas and it's great balance bike that's light weight and very easy to assemble. Unfortunately our toddler at this time didn't have any interest in riding a bike in Seattle this time of year. Maxtra customer service has been great and allowed us to return. When we look to buy again in summer I'd buy this bike again in an instant.
