Overall I am happy and for the price I am REALLY happy.
For a cheap touch screen laptop with a pen I have found this laptop to be well worth the money. I am a medical student that needed something I could take notes with using Osmosis. I am a Mac user, and as the Mac does not have an all in one touch screen with a pen I had to switch back to Windows which was hard. I tried the iPad pro but I found that keeping things synced and the constant back and forth was costing me more time than it was worth. The writing on this machine with the included pen is quite good when using windows programs. On Osmosis (through Chrome) it is really lousy, but I think that may be the web interface. I have found that I take notes in power point and then upload the annotated presentation to osmosis and that has been working. I get about 3 hours of battery life on a charge. I have had some issues, many of which went away when I got all the Windows updates. Coming from a Mac I found that the touch pad on this laptop was utterly unusable, with the laptop being a touch screen and pen I just turned the mouse off and I haven't missed it. The other issue I have found is that there are no accessories for this laptop. I can't easily order a case, new charger, or replacement pen. I expect that if I need a replacement that I could reach out to NuVision, but I haven't been down that road yet. As for it another reviewer talking about it being slow, well it has 4 gig of memory. I use it to take notes in class, watch YouTube videos, study, etc. It's really quite sufficient for what I do and overall I am quite happy. I do have a few suggestions for Microsoft, but then again I have some for Apple as well and this is not the place for those.Pros,Cheap price (bought at Costco)Comes with a penThe pen works really well in Microsoft programs.ConsTouch pad is pretty bad. Can't confidently accessorizeNot sure how to get replacement parts.Overall I am happy and for the price I am REALLY happy.
