Works well. Mostly use it to teach nursing students. Good product for the price.

Cannot say enough of how great this product is. Everything is clear and well lit. Purchased to help see if my kids had ear infections prior to taking them into the pediatrician. Been such a huge help! The customer service for this product is beyond amazing. I requested where I can buy more of the ear pieces and asked if it was possible to also purchase a second handle and they quickly sent both to me, free of charge. So courteous and responsive. Definitely will continue to buy from this store.

I ordered this to practice for my health assessment class for nurse practitioner school. I figured the ophthalmoscope wouldn’t work as great seeing as what I paid for the set, but I was OK with that as long as I got to “practice” the act of doing the exam. I had to video myself doing an exam for school. The otoscope works great! I received the package in a timely manor and I was pleased overall! Great for NP practice!

Solid quality build and useful for practicing. The only sight downside is a white light instead of yellow but excellent quality for the price. Awesome customer service too

This tool is best used in a first aid kit for home use. The light for the otoscope does not sit level on the handle. Not a bad buy for emergency use. But if this is your profession, then spend the money to get a higher quality tool.

I ordered this set for a physical assessment video I needed to record. All I can say is thank goodness I was able to say out loud what I should see for ear and eye structures using these instruments! I was unable to visualize anything using this ophthalmoscope. I had a difficult time even getting a double AA battery into the place it was supposed to fit according to the directions and diagram included. I had to squeeze it in. That is the strangest thing I have ever experienced. The light source inside the ophthalmoscope is very dim. The otoscope wasn't much better. I actually ended up using my home otoscope (I had one because of my children). The pieces were easy to change from otoscope to ophthalmoscope. However, this was clearly designed for looks only. It is not a functional device. Fortunately, I just talked throught the ear and eye structures I know I should see and I knew the patient I was recording. If you need this in a clinical setting, please consider purchasing something else.

The media could not be loaded. I bought the product for head to toe health assessment and was very excited to receive it. It works great! both the otoscope and the ophthalmoscope. Bright LED light! Clear lense. Good quality. After a few weeks of using it, I wanted an extra handle so I won't switch back and forth between the 2 scopes. I emailed the customer services, and they responded on the same day. They shipped an extra handle on the very next day free of charge! Super satisfied! Highly recommended!

I bought this product because I needed it to preform a neurological exam. Since I'm a student, I was looking for something easy to use and reliable. I liked that it was advertised as booth an Ophthalmoscope and an Otoscope. It arrived quickly and in good conditions. I originally had a problem with the product, but their customer service team was amazing and I managed to get everything sorted out quickly and at no extra charge.
