The straps are exactly what I needed for the total gym. They have a Velcro that is strong and does not open.

So much more stable than ankle straps. Could use some padding on the top because it can dig into my ankle when I use the rear hooks but still superior to ankle straps.

Great for cable kick backs and working your legs. Takes a few min to figure out how to get them on the first time but pretty easy after that.

So much more comfortable than the ankle straps when lifting heavier weight. I have not had any issues with them slipping, tearing or not fitting properly on my women's size 6 shoe.

It takes way too much time and effort to put these on a men's size 12 reebok nano shoe and functionality is not great. Maybe I'm not the target audience for these but ideal shoe sizes should be part of the description

This is very cheaply made. While doing hamstring curls with light weight this product broke first time using. Would not recommend.
