No, it will not. They are of different genera and incompatible pollinators of each other. There are many cherry varieties that are possible pollinators for standard varieties of cherries, but for the most effective pollination it would be helpful to know the specific variety you have already. Information as to the best one to help in pollination should be available through your county extension service (Agrilife). Many cherry varieties are self fruitful and don't require another tree, although more than one can increase your odds. If you are considering a Barbados cherry I am supposing you live in a fairly warm climate. If you are having difficulty in fruiting your existing tree, I would suspect that it may not be receiving the optimal number of chill hours (hours of winter temperatures below 45 degrees F). While there are several new varieties of cherries that need much less chill hours than traditional cherries, there does not exist a long track record and individual micro-climates could be an issue. You might look into Minnie Royal, Royal Lee, perhaps Lapin, or even Stella or Montmorency. There is a reason that commercial cherry orchards are not a feature of the Deep South. The Barbados cherry or Acerola is cherry -like, not at all what one would expect in a traditional pie, but where it can be grown, this time limitted by cold, it has its own charm and is a famous source of Vitamin C. If your climate permits growing them, they are quite attractive in the landscape. You might also consider other tropical cherry appearing fruit: jaboticaba, Surinam cherry, Cherry of the Rio Grande, and other eugenia. A bit north of this range maybe some of the cherry/plum hybrids or bush cherries such as Nanking. Make your first call to your county extension office or seek out local Master Gardeners who can steer you in the best direction. Best of luck to you

Can it grow in zone 7

I dont play the answer a question about a zone game. Zones kill more plants. So barbados cherries will loose their new growth in the low 40s it is tender. Beyond that, they are good down to a light frost...32-33 with no damage. Below that, the plants, if mulched will come back from a light freeze but not a hard freeze. They grow well in pots amd can be brought in for the coldest nights.

We are in zone 9 but further south is recommended as it is tropical
