High quality, well built, and works as designed
This 'RV kit' will give you everything you need, and then some. The kit we purchased included two power supply options and two internal and two external antenna options. The only parts I needed beyond the kit was a proper cable entry cover for the roof, a mast mount (unnecessary if we had a ladder), and some sealant. With one year of use behind us, I can say it definitely works. If you can pick up any semblance of a signal, the booster will make it useable and generally faster. The range of the interior antenna is limited (it must be to avoid feedback and properly function), so staying within a few feet of it makes a huge difference. As described elsewhere, separate the internal and external antennas as far as possible, ideally putting the external at the rear of the vehicle, and the internal up front or midships where the users/passengers will be.To get the most shareable data from the signal, we switch from the short mast to the patch antenna, place the phone on the patch, and then set that phone as a hotspot. (Alternatively, just placing the phone within a foot of the mast antenna works almost as well for serving up a decent hotspot.)

Doesn't work for FirstNet customers
Even though it doesn't work for FirstNet customers (which we are), this cell booster is excellent in design and functionality. And if that wasn't enough, the tech support through Amazon and sure-call itself, is second to none!!!After having the sure-call booster for 32 days (2 days past the return date) I still could not understand why I couldn't get the device to boost or signal; finally gave in and contacted support. Amazingly, they were able to put me in contact with sure-call support at 9pm on a Sunday!! The tech has elevated my problem to the next level and I received a call from advance tech; which is where I was informed it doesn't work FirstNet service. Well, after all of that; not only did they agree to allow me to return the device, they also told me of a product that would work!!I can't say enough for the company; if and when they do build a service that works with our service, I'll definitely become a customer of theirs!!

More bars promised, more frustration delivered
We are full time RV’ers and will sometimes boondock or long term at sites that has limited cell phone signalLooking for in purchase:-Boosting of cell signalDesign: The design and install is great, everything lines up, the cables were long enough to run into our 42’ Fifth Wheel, the hanger for the antenna is perfect and none of the equipment is too big or bulky.Issues: Everything after the install. When II turned it on the first time all the lights lit up and I jumped to 5 bars LTE then the lights went out and right back to 2 bars. I read and read through the manual and it said that if the lights are off the system was optimized. I tried to reset and get the lights on, I realigned the antenna, I moved it around in the RV still nothing. The only time I received any improvement was the moment that I touched my phone to the interior antenna, but who wants to live like that.Positives:++Install++Cable LengthNegatives:--Everything ElseFinal Thoughts: I am pretty tech savvy, I have built and repaired computers, built a network storage drive and can easily work through most networking problems, but for some reason this plug and play system gets the best of me.Now people say that these things work and I have tried this and the WEBOOST and neither seem to do anything, so I admit the this has good potential to be user error, but I am not convinced that these are worth it.Would I recommend: If I could get it to work I would say buy now, but I have to say based on my experience avoid it.

It’s working!
Installed the booster in our Airstream travel trailer (another name for faraday cage) and mounted the antenna on the roof but the booster didn’t improve the signal strength. Contacted tech support who were very helpful and walked me through a number of tests with no success. They advised to return and reorder which I did. Amazon as usual performed flawlessly and I had another booster in two days. This one worked as advertised. Only down side is you need to be fairly close to the booster in order to receive a signal improvement (4 or 5 feet is best). Since I mounted the booster on the wall in the bedroom at one end of the trailer I find that to link my laptop via cell phone Bluetooth in the other end of the trailer I need to place my phone on the bed near the booster. It all works. We have been using the booster for nearly 2 months now and it seems to be doing the job. Marked difference in signal strength inside the aluminum cage. We are able to surf the web and stream movies which was very limited pre-SureCall. Hats off to SureCall tech support and Amazon for their quick support.

Seems to work okay
This cell booster seems to improve signals but not as much as I had expected. Installation was a breeze. I wouldn't purchase again.

Look at the 43% 5 star rating before purchasing
Seems to vary in performance, while in use. Our RV is 13.5 Feet high and 45 feet long so well within their stated separation of the inside and outside antennas. Sometimes my 4GLTE router still connecting directly to cell towers as the bars on it are 2-3 sometimes it is 5 bars and connected to this device. Limited troubleshooting manual, entire manual only 1 preprinted page. Zero instructions included for the 3 different antennas provided. Did not come in a factory box, came in an amazon box with all parts and these extra unexplained antennas and other parts that aren't described anywhere in their limited instruction manual all loose like an amazon repack of parts. I suspect I received a returned item from some other purchaser. go and Download their manual off the website and same exact thing as the printed 1 page manual. no description of the other antennas or how to use them. tried one anyway after power down, changing and then rebooting and completely not connecting to the smaller indoor antenna and no difference in cell acquired signal. 2 days of wasted time.
