I LOVE this item because it is working to help me cut my cravings for pastries. I bought it soon after I learned that bread and cookies and cakes are fortified with B vitamins. I was getting my need for B vitamins met through pastries! I tend to overwork because I am fascinated with my work which is investing in passive streams of income. It is common for me to work 12 hours in front of a computer (although I have eased up quite a bit the last 6 months). I selected this brand since it has no stearates, xanthan gum, gellan gum, emulsifiers or flow agents. I am thrilled with the quality of this product. It is truly health enhancing. I love this brand they don't have any junk in their pills and it has the good b vitamin which is Methylcobalamin. Why is it a good kind because it's not made enough factory where the other kind is.Plus this has good milligrams servings where you don't have to take 100 pills to get the dose.The size is decent and they don't stink like most b vitamins.

I’ve been taking vitamin supplements since a kid in the 70’s. With today’s advanced research, these are considered more bio-available due to how the ingredients are formulated. I have to agree. I’m in my 60’s, doing the yard work in >90° heat of TX summers doesnt bother me one bit, with proper hydration and electrolytes (also from Micro Ingredients). Two of these daily are all you need.
