Definitely for beginners into sounding. Recommend using Surgilube with this product. Take your time using this. Still fun to use.

I have a urethral stricture that returns often. Instead of going in for surgery every few months I decided to try this. It works perfectly. Make sure you are sterilizing properly and using sterlilube

Too big! it shows that the tip is 3 mm, but only about 1 mm of the steel wand. the rest is larger than it appears smooth design but the transition to larger size is a bit aggressive..

Great product as advertised, smooth, clean and safe when used properly. Always sterilize prior to each use and use plenty of medical grade lubrication that can also be purchased here on Amazon.

Not really sure, I have done some stuff like this before but this item is just not for me. Didn't like it at all. Didn't feel right.

Perfectly smooth, no rust. Those are the most important things in a urethral toy to me and it hits those marks spectacularly. Only complaint world be that the taper is too steep. As a plug it would be amazing, but I got it for stretching, and to stretch with something this steep I'd need a hammer. Even so, great fun with this toy.

Perfect size for a beginner, it went it 3/4 of the way the first time, use lots of lube and let the weight of it sink in, i have used it a few times now and each time it goes in a little more.
