They are quite big in size but take one at a time with a lot of water and you get them over ok.Not any notable taste or after taste.2 month supply and I haven't had a coldsore whilst taking them (primary reason I get them), 4.5/5.

Too big! You can snap them in half but they are still awful to swallow. Can’t tell you whether they work as I have only managed to take two. Can’t face taking anymore
