Great quality yarn and even though it’s cotton it’s great for garments as it’s soft

Feels very soft and the shades are lovely......but just to manage your expectations the colour is VERY different. It doesn't matter to me but it's worth knowing. I'd still buy t again.

My daughter ordered a ball of yarn for me to try - used a corner to corner pattern which showed off the gorgeous colours. It was also very easy to work with. It feels lovely and soft without losing texture or substance. I decided to order three more balls of the same yarn. Easy to source and order and promptly delivered. Labels were checked that each was the correct yarn before setting to work. I expected the order to be filled with the same dye run as every crafter knows, it is the only way to guarantee a colour match. However, two of the panels are more pink tones but not exactly the same (close) and two of the panels are working up much greener. Although the photos do not fully show the true colour in daylight, you can easily see that they are completely different. If this had been for a jumper and a sleeve was an entirely different colour, I would be gutted. As it is, I don't know whether or not to just rip out all the panels and make something different from my original plan of a four panelled crocheted poncho. Each of the balls has worked up to a different size. This is easily enough corrected by ripping back the bigger panels to the same number of rows but I was curious to see how much of a difference it would make. Substantial difference is the answer. I love the yarn and I love the colours of each ball. However, I have no confidence in buying multiple balls for projects that rely on an accurate colour match.

Lovely yarn, surprisingly soft, however colours are not quite the same as the product being sold. The colours are much lighter, the red is pink and browns are actually caramel, which for me personally ended up by being a pleasant surprise.

High quality cotton yarn, it's exactly what it says on the label, Comfy Cotton. It's so soft, and lovely quality, I would definitely recommend.

I love this yarn so soft and a pleasure to work withThe reason only 3 stars is knots in it so for the price I don't think there should be any.I have already submitted a review but am now adding to it as you can see by the photo the poor quality of this yarn and at £8 plus this really is not acceptable

This yarn is beautufuly soft and the colours are vibrant. I am looking forward to using it for my next crochet project

This yarn is wonderful to use. Its a cotton blend and is so soft and easy to work with (crochet).Its unfortunate that Lion Brand discontinued it. Why??? So sad about that.

Seriously this is my new favourite yarn, I have been buying several different colors for pullover tops.
