I bought two different masks and now they say it will make my hair fall out. I haven’t received them yet. Is this true?????

Wow, I haven't had that experience. I have the masque and the conditioner and it works wonderfully. I've not experienced any kind hair loss whatsoever and I see a difference in the strength of my hair since going permed to natural.

Can you leave this on overnight or for 1 hour?

Hello Princess, how are you? This repairing mask can be used however you like, as the effect occurs within 5-7 minutes. There are no problems if you want to leave it on for longer, but it is not advisable to sleep with the product on. After application, wait a minimum of 5-7 minutes and rinse. Then you will notice how wonderful your hair will look!
