After years of denying my iron pills I finally listened to the comments on this item! Unlike most this one does not make me nauseous and doesn’t taste bad!

It isn’t the most pleasant tasting vitamin in the world but it’s doable. It didn’t bother my stomach. I am continuing to take it.

Tastes pretty good considering it's a vitamin. I have been taking one a day and have noticed a significant benefit and boost of energy. Will definitely purchase more when I run out. I hate taking pills and always forget so I'm glad they made a chewable supplement.

Every single iron supplement I've tried i have vomited within 15 minutes then I am sick throwing up the rest of the day. This is the ONLY one I've been able to take and have 0 side effects like I never even took it. I am severely Anemic and was going to have to get infusions. I haven't had my levels check again since starting this (too soon) but I am praying this helps keep me from having to get them.

I’m super anemic and can’t tolerate most iron pills. This one tastes amazing. Will update review in a few months to tell you all if my iron stores increased.
