Could this damage my records in anyway?

It’s got a ceramic needle so maybe. Assuming the needle is aligned properly, the high tracking force of a ceramic needle will wear out records much quicker, and if not aligned properly, damage your records. If you’re playing 3 dollar vinyl you got at goodwill, go for it. If you care about your records at all avoid this player or a thing else in the sub 150 range.

No, it can be played normally even if the lid is closed. Yes, the speakers and the player are connected by a hardwire connection, and they are connected together through an RCA audio cable fixed on the speakers.

No, it is connected by audio cables. The turntable only have Bluetooth input function which means you may play your phone music through your turntable. The turntable will work as a bluetooth receiver.
