Great quality .. shame about the price.
They arrive boxed, separated so they don't scratch each other in transit. There are two boxes of nuts and bolts inside. One is obviously to attach a mitre saw and I'm not sure what the other is for.They are very easy to use, and surprisingly solid when clipped on to the stand. I am using them for the Heavy Duty Horse, by the way, to attach various tools and table tops.Before these genuine items, I bought a set of Chinese knock-offs which were half the price. The knock-offs are similar and use about the same design but there are some differences. Perhaps the biggest difference was there is a small shape difference in the operating lever and this makes the knock-offs more difficult to clip on to the rail. They didn't grip the rail as well as the DeWalt, but good enough. Generally you could see that less care had been taken in assembly of the knock-offs. There was also some roughness in the metal slider in the mechanism, which made it clunky in operation. Oh, and the yellow doesn't match DeWalt at all. BUT is that worth the extra money? That's up to you. Personally, I think if you are going to be removing the saw every day then yes, they are worth the money, but if you leave the saw on the stand then the extra cost is difficult to justify.Recommended but lose one star for the crazy price.

I think as a stand alone item they are quite expensive although I managed a good deal on mine. Does the job very well

How is it possible?
This is a review for the DeWalt DE7025-XJ Machine Assembly Set for DE7023, One Size.These are decent quality and as you'd expect but...I'd love to know how someone specifies washers that are overlarge for their corresponding bolts and specifies plastic feet that are too short for their intended purpose meaning the central attach/release clip hits the ground first.Not that this product is any different to many many others in that kind of regard. Sometimes it's hard to believe that anyone from the manufacturer has ever tried to use their own products before finalising production.
