Update International8" Eclipse Coated Aluminum Fry Pan

Pros: The coating is great, we have used it quite a bit the past month and I can flip eggs or whatever with just a silicone spatula without any oil. The pan is thick and distributes the heat very well.Cons: I can't flip a crepe on it without using a spatula... this may not be a big deal to many people, but I enjoy it. things don't "stick", but food still clings to the pan so you have to use a spatula instead of just shaking it.The big problem with this pan is that it isn't balanced well. The handle is made of some heaver steel so it won't sit flat on an electric stove... this may not be as big of a deal on a gas stove.Also the aluminum seems to be fairly soft and I can see marks in it even though we have always been careful to not use metal utensils on it... so we'll see how it holds up in the long run.

It was a good price but I guess I get what I paid for.I bought this product back in July 2019 and it's February 2020.The handle gets too hot.

It is handle heavy. Being a small pan to cook eggs, should not be a problem.

Description says "silicone coated handle" I did not receive a silicone coated handle. This makes the pan worthless for cooking.

just what I was searching for in the stores
