Great Product to Fill Gaps
I had a number of double-sash windows with deteriorated weatherstripping/seals that were leaking lots of air. I used this product to fill gaps about 3 to 4 mm wide at the sides of the window sashes. The old seals were in place, but they'd become brittle and were leaking air. (I left the old seals in place.)I pressed strips of this product into the gaps WITHOUT removing the backing over the adhesive. Since the product easily compresses from about 6 mm down to 3 mm, and because it is very spongy, it stays in place due to the mechanical pressure. Air leaks are gone.I also stuck the product in place, using the adhesive backing, at the top of the top sash and the bottom of the bottom sash. Time will tell whether the adhesive will hold.NOTE that opening or closing the windows will cause the side strips to fall out. So, this is a solution for windows that stay closed during the cold weather months -- which is the majority of the windows I used the product on. (And, if a window has to be opened, it only takes a minute to reinstall the strips at the sides of the sashes.)

A-OK for the price
It's not bad. It's 20feet. It's not as wide and I would have thought but it gets the job done. I've see other more expensive stripping that are both thicker and wider. My worry was if those would even fit in the door jam. This is the perfect size and fit.

Drafty Door is No More
This weather stripping has turned out to be a total game changer. No one weatherproofs in Southern California, so I never thought about it. Turns out when our drafty front door is sealed we can actually feel the air conditioning.I may have gone overboard with the stripping by doing both one side of the doorpost and the lintel. We had a good amount left over and I split the remainder into halves to seal a window. Everything was super easy after reading a few WikiHow articles. Make sure that you wipe AND dry the surface to which you're applying well and you should be golden. I'm already thinking of purchasing again to seal the rest of the house.

Great 1/4 inch double seal strip but the glue is lowsy,
I think this double 1/4" strip will be what i need to seal my front door. The adhesive on this strip is lousy. I had you use Gorilla clear adhesive to hold it to my door frame. It is possible this strip has been is storage for a few years and the glue dried up? Be aware when buying that you will need to add glue to the strip.

DOES NOT ADHERE!!!
This does not adhere to anything. Even touching the ahesive side after peeling off the protective tape I feel practically no tackiness indicating any sort of adhesiveness. In the past I bought a competitor brand that was so sticky that I had problems getting the protective film off, but this there is so little adhesion that the film comes off super easily. Extremely disappointed and will be looking for money back.

Keeps warm/cool air in, dust/bugs out!
I live in an old house that was built in 1920 so there are no seals around the windows or door. Dust and bugs get in and cool or warm air escapes. This is definitely going to cut our heating and cooling bill while helping with the dust and bugs at the same time. In the picture you can see where I plan to put another strip and how you can see right through the crack to outside. I have 8 windows and a door so I ordered two packs to be split down the middle.

Poor quality
When I purchased this it arrived with half the sticky tape exposed. Doesn't adhere to door well. Save your money

Easy to use
It works very well but I had to tack the end down to get started because it kept pealing off. Once I tacked the end down it was ok and the rest stuck ok. It may have been the cold weather stopping it from sticking on the curled end.
