Substantial and looks great
We are using this on a very heavy barn door, and it is substantial enough to feel solid and it looks great. Very nice piece of hardware and a good value.

Not as advertised, not flush
Specifically ordered this because it was supposed to be flush but it isn’t. Not as described, will be returned.
