Q: Will this support your boys? I have a varicocele veins and i need the support.

I’m going to say this, I have a varicose vain in one of my boys as well and the support is pretty darn good but I do find my self hiking my underpants up every now and then..

Q: What is the size of the hole. Is it comfortable?

Hole is large enough for anyone. I find it comfortable. I suppose if one is considerably smaller than average, one might slip out of the pouch, but it wouldn’t matter.

Q: The concept is great. But will this work for a grower (Not a show-er)???

As long as you're not inverted it will work.... these are by far the best underwear that I have ever bought and after 6 months they are holding up very well.
