Ceiling Fan Remote Control Original Replacement of Harbor Breeze Fan KUJCE9103 FAN-11T FAN-53T 2AAZPFAN-53T (Remote Only)

Replacement for a Hunter fan that blow out during a brownout. Hookup of the control module was the same as that removed. Hand held controller mounting bracket was not the same as that removed. The OEM mounted over the wall switch. I mounted this one over the wall switch using one screw and two face tape on the wall switch (see photo). I did not want to dill holes in the wall.Works with and dims an LED bulb.Controller is a little flaky dimming, not any different than the original just flaky. (You know Morris Code to dim). In a few years as the resistive buttons oxidize I’l be wiggling the buttons pressing hard to get the fan/light/dimming to work. It’s what we have been conditioned to tolerate.For stars for flaky

hampton bay said i couldnt fix my fan (bad receiver) cuz it was too old. i bought this anyway. i read one of the reviews on here where the guy said all he did was put batteries in the remote and his fan worked again, i laughed. guess what, all i did was put batteries in and everything worked on it again .. lights, dimmer and 3 speed fan. am i happy? hell yea! i saved over $100 on a new fan!

Somehow we lost the remote to the ceiling fan and it doesn't have chains. We had to get the number off the receiver in the fan canopy but with that we were able to order a new remote. Much less expensive than buying both. We have this one on the included holder. The one we lost was in the house when we moved in but the previous owners didn't install the holder, and that's how the remote got lost.

This works just like the original, perfectly. I thought it to be defective because I could not dim the lights. Then I realized that the energy saving LED lights we now use cannot be dimmed. So, the failure to dim was not due to any defect in the remote.Finally, shipping was fast and the price was low. So, this was a great buy.DRMK

As advertised, great price, quick delivery. The fan remote control was very easy to set in order to mirror the ceiling fan options (light brightness, fan speed, on/off, reverse) it took let than a minute - works flawlessly. Combined with a quick email from the seller, ensuring all was well - this was a solid purchase with great customer service.

the old one had buttons that we difficult to make contact. This one works like a champ without the need to replace the receiver in the fan. Set the potentiometers in the battery compartment, and you are done! My old and new remotes were already set at the factory default ("0000"), so I didn't have to do a thing but install a battery!

A great value. The dimming function works with dimmable LED's. I tested it with a Edison style fully dimmable LED bulb. The glow in the dark buttons are a good idea, but the only button that glows well is the fan off button. Overall works very well, and is a great buy.

Only think I don’t like Ian that the dimmer buttons don’t work just turns the light on or off
