So these arrived 20 minutes ago. I've been wiggling about on the floor with one of these each side of my spine, rolling them up and down to get the knots out my back. Oh my goodness, it has helped the tension so much and I'm in quite a zoned out and relaxed state now. Husbands currently on the floor having a go now and the dog thinks he is hiding her ball under him 😆 But, amazing product, think we will be using regularly for muscle pain relief!

Good and does the job - for both muscle knots and grip training for false grip on rings. "Softer" than expected - difficult to quantify as I didn't want a solid ball, but this has about 10-15mm give if you squeeze, so if you want something harder, maybe try something else. Still good for muscle knots tho - can't fault that!

I hold a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. I also had spine surgery last year, and though it was a success, I still have lingering muscle tightness in some areas of my back and glutes from the issues that led to the nerve and back problems to begin with. These massage balls are a dream: when I have knots or tightness anywhere that I can't stretch out, I take one up against the wall and massage the area slowly with it. It's so effective and has ridded me of many painful muscles problems. Perfectly firm. I can take them with me anywhere, so super convenient. Highly recommend!

Am very pleased with the size and quality - (of the materials) of two yoga balls. By placing the balls on of each the hollows by shoulder blades, I was able to wriggle my shoulders enough to nestle the balls right into the area where the ligaments held a tightness. A most satisfying sense of relief ! Considering a visit to an osteopath would mean a lot more time and monies to be parted with. The balls are a valued asset to ones home yoga equipment

I purchased these massage balls after attending a yoga workshop where we practiced using these massage balls. As I thought they worked well, I purchased a set for myself. The label on the bag had a QR code for instructions on how to use the set. The QR code DOES NOT WORK. I duly reported the faulty QR code. I then Googled the company website, hoping to find instructions there. Nothing came back from my search. The upshot is ... I CANNOT use the set, which is pretty irritating and I'll probably be returning the item. So, unless you have instructions for using this product - Don't buy !

Seem used and old, however dos the job very well

These have the right balance between firm and soft for me. There is some play to them, which means that it's less painful so I can try get a little deeper. I've had to order a few different versions as my kids keep taking them to play with. i'm not sure if that's a positive or negative..!

Für meine Kurse nutze ich Krocketbälle, die rutschiger und härter sind. Diese Bälle sind bis zu einem gewissen Grad rutschfest und auch der Beutel ist praktisch, weil man die Bälle nicht erst in einer Socke eindrehen muss. Für mich ein hervorragendes Paar, dass ich bereits weitergegeben habe und neben meiner Yogamatte nicht mehr missen möchte.

Balle de massage très efficace pour les pieds et pour le haut du dos. La densité est parfaite, mieux qu'une balle de tennis. On ressent bien les effets positifs du massage de la voûte plantaire avec ces balles de massage
