Works really good
There's a good amount of engrish on the website and manual, but it works very good compared to another programmer I had that couldn't even erase.

Some pins had bad contact
Some of the pins in the clamp had bad continuity (software would not recognize 3 of the pins on any chip I put in the reader). I ended up returning this.
