Love this! Keep it in our office. Staff constantly coming in for ice cold water. Haven’t used the hot side yet.

This is a great unit. We use it at church and everyone loves the cold water and instant hot water. The bottom load water makes it easy for anyone to replace. And the top buttons keep it safe for kids along with the hot water safety feature. Definitely recommend.

So, this water cooler replaced a Primo cooler that died after two years on the nose. Um, forgetting the name (it's one of those strange names that seem to get created and used for a slew of products here), this cooler has some definite improvements over my last one. 1. It is slightly quieter. 2. This may seem odd, but I like the plastic drip tray. As much as I despise plastic for so many reasons, in this case, it has an advantage. It is better fitting than the metal trays other coolers tend to use. When I place a glass on the tray, the tray doesn't rattle and make noise (I said this point might seem niche and weird). 3. The build whiske quality seems just as good as other big brands, and size wise, perhaps slightly more narrow. As far as looks go, it's a bog standard cooler. It definitely is not a fashion appliance..but in a corner of a kitchen or office or wherever, it's fine. 4. How's the water, you ask? It's fine. The cold is definitely cold (as by the way is the room temp water). The hot water, according to my wife, is hot enough that she uses it for tea regularly. So, there... a pretty decent cooler (despite the name) that works well.

We have been using for the past few months. It works perfectly. No leaks and not loud at all.

I set it up when I received it but I never got cold water. I had to return it. I bought two countertop ice makers, the same brand, one for myself and one for my daughter. They are awesome. I do not think it is the brand. I think I got a bad water cooler.

So I bought this machine seeing that it was high quality and after it arrived and I unboxed it. The parts were as they seemed high quality parts. However, when we unboxed the machine, it was covered in some oily liquid. My wife and I didn't think much of it and we wiped the machine down and plugged it in and started using it. It's been over one month now and the cold water is not cold and the hot water is not hot. Yes, I already turned on the switches behind the machine but it just hasn't been giving cold or hot water. Just the same temperature of the room. I don't know if that liquid in the beginning maybe had something to do with the refrigerant but whatever happened is not allowing the machine to heat or cool the water. Other than that, the makeup of the machine and the look is very nice. I don't want to be the guy that just complains on reviews.

I had this machine for about a month when suddenly the water coming out had such a very bad taste. Unplugging it and resetting it didn’t help. Called customer service and reported the problem and gave them the information they requested. They emailed me letting me know they were shipping me out new water cooler and within a week it arrived. Great customer service, I Thank You.

Just hooked it up so far so good
