Why not provide how much of each...of citrate and of malate? Does Anyone know how much of each form of magnesium?

The milligram amounts are not provided separately because its not two products, its just one. There's 120 mg of one form of magnesium.

Hi, 1 capsule contains 120 magnesium (as magnesium citrate/malate). Also on label it states take 1-4 capsules daily in divided doses, with meals.
