The clarity of the 10 inch screen is excellent. The speed of the processor with the Android 14 is amazing. The case fits perfectly and allows for standing the tablet up and use of the enclosed Bluetooth keyboard and enclosed mouse. There is even a screen protector film included with the tablet package. The brightness of the screen is particularly appreciated as I use the tablet for reading books both inside and outside. Even on the beach, I am able to read books through my Kindle app. The SD card expands memory to the level of the tablet up to 1 TB! So far battery life is especially good when used for reading, emailing and web searches. I don't play games on my tablet so cannot speak to battery life for that use. The camera is way beyond my expectations. Extremely clear pictures and multiple tools that are way beyond my limited expertise but is stretching my camera uses in new directions. This is very exciting as we are able to video some high school volleyball games where my granddaughter is a team coach. To say am pleased with this new tablet is an understatement. Speed, Android 14, bright and clear screen, expandable memory up to 1 TB as well as a package that includes a keyboard and a mouse is an extraordinary value for so much usability. I love it for my uses!

Horrible product. I bought this for my daughter and it was ok for few weeks and everything crashed. It is a mess!! I informed the owner and Amazon and nothing has been done about it!

I was excited during the recent (10/2024) "Prime" event to find the Skyegg K11 Android 14 available at a slightly reduced price. My "ancient" Samsung tablet was not performing, and a replacement was drastically needed. I was also excited to learn that table came with a case, screen protector, keyboard, and a mouse. PROS: * Even at list price this is a bargain. * The Android 14 tablet is great! Speedy when opening apps, websites, and online content that I want to read/review. * Reportedly there is lifetime support. I have submitted my registration information (but no return email yet but it's only been a week). * 1280 x 800 pixels screen resolution is adequate for my purposes. * Sound is good. * Comes with USB-C charging cable, USB-C to USB for other device connection, US Power Supply for charging/power, and "key" for resetting (I guess). CONS: (And the reason for the 3-Stars only.) * Insufficient manual. What is included is a very small and hard to read (even with a magnifying glass and I have pretty good vision) manual. Even with a magnifying glass it was hard to identify the numbers associated with the specific functions on the table. I looked online for videos, manuals, etc. and could not find anything. * NO instructions on apply the screen protector. I did my best to install it but LOTS of permanent bubbles. Ugh! * While the keyboard is Bluetooth and easy to connect to the tablet it DOES NOT connect to the tablet cover in any way (my old Samsung had a magnetic connector). This means that it will be necessary to carry both the table (in its cover) and the little keyboard if keyboard use is desired. It will be interesting to see how long the keyboard "lives." Keys are a bit flimsy. * The included mouse is NOT Bluetooth and requires connecting via USB to the tablet (connector provided but no batteries). I am using my Tecknet Bluetooth mouse, and it connects fairly easily. * While it may be a BDU error (brain dead user - me) it took me a while to figure out how to even use the blue case to support the table and then use the keyboard. Again, a more comprehensive manual would have been nice. * I am computer literate (CompTIA A+ Certified) but find the description "... with 8GB RAM 64 GB ROM 1 TB ..." confusing. Opening the settings (from the home page) reveals 128 GB total. I have some extra SD cards that can supposedly be used to expand storage, but I have not explored that and not information on specific type of SD card to be used. * Sound is good BUT I had to explore and learn how to turn it down since the volume up / volume down did NOT turn down frequent notifications I was getting. Bottom Line: I am not disappointed that I bought it. It is serving my very limited purposes, e.g., read online articles, use it to take notes when I attend conferences rather than my big Lenovo laptop, and check Gmail from time to time. If you are looking for a decent table with accessories especially as a starter perhaps, I so go for it. 10/15/24: Update to review: I changed my overall rating from 3-stars to 4-stars. Basis for this change is "service after the sale." I was impressed when I received an email from a Skyegg representative asking about my purchase. I provided input (from this review) and the representative (Mandy) provided numerous and helpful emails in response to my concerns. For example, a PDF of the tablet manual IS available. Additionally, Mandy indicated that the tablet comes with a protected screen and there was really no reason to apply the one included (which would have been nice to know in advance). I was assured that if I removed the screen protector that I installed AND damaged the tablet, Skyegg would provide a replacement. I prefer to live with the bubbles than run the risk of damaging and then being without a table. Too few companies offer the type of service after the sale that I have experienced from Skyegg this morning. The new Skyegg K11...... a whole lot of computing power and so much more. I received the all new K11 a few days ago entacted and totally functional. Opening the factory package, which was very well done reveled a very complete compliment of extras including a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard, the keyboard being Lithium battery powered, the mouse requiring batteries. Both were very easily paired to the K11 giving the user a very nice arrangement. Other extras included a USB charger and cord, an adapter to go from a regular USB to the Skyegg's mini 'C' port, a 'dongle' for the Bluetooth mouse, a screen protector, a multi language User's Manual and a very tasteful grey tablet cover, all in all a very complete package of everything you need to get up and running. The battery very close to fully charged but I let it charge for several minuets to ensure it was completely charged before it's first use as suggested by the Lithium battery manufacturers. The Octa core twin processors running at 2 GHz are very fast, processing 4K video with no lags or hiccups. The on board stereo speakers do remarkably well, but if you really want that 'home theater' experience from a small package try pairing it to a decent set of headphones to appreciate the full sound quality from the audio processor. And no worries about running out of battery power, the 8,000mAh will be good for a full day's use. The latest Android 14 operating system is once again much improved in regards to security issues and has operated flawlessly along with the 22GB of RAM the 128 GB of on board storage (expandable to 1TB) gives you plenty of room, and you will most likely need it with it's most excellent multi cameras. The Company's 2-Year Warranty on the tablet and Life Time Support along with Amazon's 30 day return policy lets you sleep at night while you learn to fully enjoy all that Skyegg has packed into this great new tablet. I would most certainly recommend this Tablet to anyone in need of a small but powerful computer.

I am a self-professed tech geek, and this tablet (comes with many perks - like a keyboard, wireless mouse, wireless dongle and adapter, charger, tablet cover, and screen protector) is everything you could possibly want with an Android tablet - arriving fully charged and loaded with Android 14. Even though this device arrived with a 98% battery charge, I "topped it off" until the device was at full charge. Everything was packed very well, and turning on the device was easy. If you are familiar with setting up an Android device, this should be easy for you with a Google account. I wanted to play around with this tablet for a couple of weeks before I left a review. In doing so, I am very impressed with what I received from Skyegg. I highly recommend this one if you're on a budget. For me personally, I just like to have several gadgets at once for different areas of my life and around my house. The battery life is very good. Video streaming is great with all of my streaming services and live TV - as the screen is clear and the videos are smooth. I love that this tablet has the ultra power saving mode too (which is better than the standard battery saver) because it really helps with battery life when your tablet is just sitting around. Not many of the "popular" brands have this feature anymore. Multitasking on this tablet is very good. Watching videos (as you're doing other things on the tablet) is smooth. I also tested the casting and screen mirroring capabilities from my tablet to my TVs - and it's very easy. It may even be easier to accomplish these features on this tablet, than on other devices I own. So for my own personal experiences with this tablet, this is a wonderful option! If you like to collect devices like I do, I highly recommend this one. It performs everything I want it to within its capabilities. I also utilize Google Fi as my wireless provider, and accessing your text messages on this device is possible as well. WIFI calling works well for me too! Excellent device! Impressive.
