Great dye for natural fibres
With no experience of using dyes this product was perfect for colouring natural hemp. Like with any dyeing process it is important to read and follow the instructions carefully. It’s also worth having trial runs!

Jet Black... sometimes.
For the price it's not quite as much as I'd of liked but it was shipped from USA to UK so can't complain there. Orange baby vest is the first time I used the black. Really didn't say "jet black" to me. Second time turned out better. So sadly even though I follow the instructions I'm finding it to be hit and miss. Put the photo of the ruler and crayola pen on so you can judge the time.

Best dye
This is my favourite brand of dye. Blackest black. No fade! Make sure you soak in soda ash before the dye step!

I tie dye and have used this for a while. Great shade of black.

doesn't work
overpriced junk and it doesn't work. I tried cold dying a hat in the solution by following directions on the jar, even letting it soak overnight, but the dye washed out completely. Do not waste your money on this.
