Bambusa Oldhamii Giant Timber Bamboo - Large 1 Gallon Plant - Non-Invasive Clumping Variety g

This WAY surpassed my expectations! It came well packaged and arrived healthy and, honestly, it’s so alive that it almost has a pulse! I planted it in a pot the day after I received it because I haven’t decided exactly where it’s going to live in my yard. It’s been outside in that pot for five days and has already grown at least a foot, maybe more. I am absolutely definitely ordering more of these - couldn’t be happier with this. The photo was taken today, day five, you can see how healthy it is, it’s a little over 5 feet tall already.

This thing has grown super fast! It came packaged well and healthy. I planted it and it grows visibly by the day!Update: after a year and 4 months its probably 12 feet. Tons of new growth. See attached pic

I was thinking, wow I got this fast. Then I saw that they were only 10 miles from me, lol. I need to take a drive over there and look around. I'm looking for a few Satsumas orange trees.The way they did the shopping was excellent. It took some time and a very sharp knife to get the plant out but it was worth it.

I was shocked at how well this plant was packaged when it arrived. It has already grown about 2 feet in about a month. Make sure you don't overwater it. When I first planted it outside it rained non-stop for 3 days and "Willie" (my husband named it) didn't appreciate all the rain. But he bounced back fast and is thriving. I came back to Amazon to order another one and now they are sold out.

I was extremely patient with it after planting, thinking it would eventually turn into what I thought I bought, but nope...I was sent the thin, invasive bamboo which is exactly what I didn't want. Not a satisified customer. I had giant timber at a previous residence and loved it, This doesn't even come close.

The plants came very well packaged. They were packed as described and came with directions. I planted in November 2017, and in late April 2018 all three of the plants I have ordered, have sprouted 3 to 4 new culms. I am very please with my purchase.

I just received bamboo, earlier than expected. Bamboo is well packed and so healthy and tall and just beautiful. I'll order more.
