I love my Tupperware! When I first ordered them washed them and let them dry, I decide to give them the closure test. When the close do they seal tight, what about the pressure since Tupperware is know for their pop when opening and closing the lid, and so I tired. The first thing after drying I tried to close the lid on the bowl and had difficulties, I started to send them back, but one night as I was putting away leftovers, I decide to use one of the bowls, but I still couldn't get the lid to close, out of frustration I took a elbow to the center of the lid and it closed! :) I decided to keep the bowls and use this method and I'm happy now, It keeps my food fresh and well kept and they stack right on top of each other, leaving me with space in my fridge, I still have my set from the 80's. So if anyone is having problems closing the lid, place the lid on and push down in the center of it with your elbow until all of the air is out and you hear that click. they stack well and do not take up a lot of space And you don't have to replace them for years. the can be used for many functions Sorry I didn't take a photo, but I bought the turquoise ones.

Colors so beautiful ! Whoever designs the colors for Tupperware has a gift for designing the most beautiful colors ! They r real quality plastic , much better then I ever bought from other company’s . And thick plastic also . Lids stay on very secure ! Definitely recommend !

This vintage tupperware set is so perfect. The nostalgia alone is worth the money. I really love all the different sizes as well. There are super big ones for storing food leftovers from big meals or extra small ones to save the last of the sauce. The lids can be a bit rough to get on at first but the seal they create is unbreakable. Use them in the fridge, microwave, and to serve. They are just that beautiful. Seemed like a mini-splurge to me but they are very much worth the money for the quality.

I love Tupperware and have for years and their quality is amazing. They are leak proof as well. The pastel colors are very pretty too. It washes nicely in the dishwasher and you don't have to worry about it warping. I'm using a lot of different sizes in my lunches for work so I don't have to use plastic baggies.

This set is fantastic. The colors are so great! Plenty of sizes for everything you’d want to store, and they are durable! They seal perfectly (you have to push down in the center)!! My only qualm with this set is the white lids and the rusty/pink spotted discoloration. Multiple other folks have written about this in their reviews and thought it was from food, however, something is off with the plastic formula, and some lids develop random pinkish colored stains on both sides, even without coming into direct contact with food. The lids are made from low density polyethylene (LDPE, #4). I did some research, and this “pinking” is a well known problem in some polyethylene plastics. It is reversible by exposing the plastic to UV light, either from the sun or from a UV lamp. The time is dependent on how strong the UV is. I left one of my lids outside for a couple of hours in the bright sun, and the discoloration disappeared completely. However, long term UV exposure will eventually degrade the plastic, so this isn’t a complete solution. This issue is disappointing because I expected the Tupperware level of quality I was used to in the past, especially at the price point of the set (much more than most plastic wares).
