I use these to make my own signature drink, the Barbaloe. Rhubarb bitters, Aloe Vera juice, and Tonic water, over a sphere of Ice. Your choice of alcohol optional. I drink these as-is, but vodka or gin works.

Fabulous flavor. No need for those not very tasty expensive bottles of flavoring for seltzer. This is a better value and a MUCH better flavor.
