Perfection!! I took another brand before doing much research, months later I thought I was coming down with some sort of disease because I had no appetite, almost nauseated at the thought of eating, severe bloating and discomfort when I did eat, hair loss and brittle nails that wouldn't grow. I eliminated many foods and supplements for a while and researched each before adding back into my diet. I'm pretty sure the other brand gave me selenium toxicity! This brand is the perfect balanced dose and in a capsule so you don't smell the rotten sulfur smell selenium has. Within a few weeks of starting this brand my nails, hair and stomach issues seem to be resolved!

I haven't had it scientifically analyzed but Swanson's has been around for a while and has a solid market presence. Seems to be a respectable value proposition.
