I used to eat Costco’s granola for the longest time, thinking it was healthy. But since I’m pre-diabetic and watch my sugar intake, I started using a CGM monitor; and realized my glucose spiked every time I had it. That’s when I discovered how much sugar was actually in it, which I had never noticed before. I went on the hunt for a true no-sugar granola, but the options were extremely limited and usually very expensive. I’m so glad I found this one! It has zero added sugar, doesn’t spike my glucose levels, and has now become my go-to staple. I also really like what KIND as a company stands for. The cinnamon flavor can sometimes be a little strong, but that’s also what adds to the natural sweetness, so I can’t complain too much. I’ve enjoyed snacking on it straight out of the bag, mixing it with yogurt, and more. My only wish: more flavors and larger bag sizes! Highly recommend this for anyone watching their sugar intake or looking for a healthier granola option.

This Granola is delicious and was removed from our grocery store. I was so happy to order it from Amazon. The reason for the 3 star rating was because when I received it, the granola mixture was melted due to the way it was packaged and our weather here in Tucson was over 100 degrees. I’d like to order more, but it’s still too hot to be delivered here in Tucson.

A great tasting low carb snack, with no sugar added. Good source of fiber also. Good buy.
