Best way to take metamucil
I was been enjoying using the Metamucil Gummies, which have helped my regularity a great deal, taking two Gummies a day. This product would require 4 to 6 capsules a day to get the same amount of fiber. I take 4 capsules and sometimes a gummy later. Its hard to eat more than one gummie at a time and they have too many calories.
