The Best DTF printer combo
The printer support is unmatched. The printer was a great buy. The support from start to finish, and still now months later, I can get on WhatsApp and explain my problem and get a response on how to fox the problem.

Vibrant and Reliable
I’ve used the DXZ Premium DTF Ink on my DXZ printer, and it’s been a reliable refill option for producing vibrant transfers on PET film during my custom printing projects. The 5-pack of 250ML bottles in CMYKW delivers consistent color quality and flow without clogging the printheads on my L1800. Refilling was straightforward with no spills or mess, and the ink’s formulation holds up well against fading or bleeding. I always get durable, high print quality transfers for apparel and accessories. It’s provided excellent coverage and adhesion without any drying out or separation over multiple sessions. Overall, it’s as very solid and functional setup. 5 out of 5 stars for color vibrancy, compatibility, and value at this price point!

MUST HAVE WINDOWS!! NOT MAC!
READ BEFORE BUYING !!!! Listen to me if you do NOT HAVE a WINDOWS COMPUTER do not buy this one you NEED WINDOWS I have both so it wasn’t really a issue at first it was VERY confusing I thought my USB were empty my husband is a IT tech engineer and the USB were tested and were actually blank for us but LISTEN !!! USE THE WHATSAPP code it will take a second be mindful of TIME ZONES they WILL get back to you and if you download TEAM VIEWER and give them the code it literally takes Mr.Jeremy 2 minutes to set everything up and it was VERY EASY after that!!! I give them 10/10 and it’s easier because you don’t have to call and speak to no damn body they text you lol it’s dope love them 🩷🤌🏽

NO HEAT PRESS and the want give me a some kind on refund!
It took me about a week to open it. After opening it, I spent about 2 days getting it working. Since their customer service is overseas, it's best to contact them after 10 pm. The printer is excellent for a beginner, but I should have opted for an A3 printer instead of the A4. I have made it work for me. I still haven't received my heat press, and the company is not responding to me. That is why the two stars

Works as it should
Printer had a few hiccups so this company resent me another one and it's printing good. Good customer service.

Won't last long.
Worse purchase ever. I initially contacted them about returning it. They said I couldn't because I had already put the ink in. But right out of the gate I was having issues with the white ink not printing. I was finally able to get it to print for about 30 days before having to replace the print head and the capping station. The printer comes with a warranty but I somehow still had to pay $40 for shipping. The white ink stirrer also stopped working causing even more problems, Currently saving to get a better DTF printer to use for my business.

Is this supposed to come with the powder & inks? Mine came with just the Printer & Oven.
