Lasted almost 9 months before it quit oscillating. Update: I initially gave their product a one star review as the fan still worked but stop oscillating. Customer service contacted me through my review. They offered me a replacement fan which I found surprising as most companies wouldn’t do this. I will their CS a five star review. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

This thing was great for a few months, then the power cord started not connecting properly. It was tolerable for a while but now I can barely get it to turn on. It's a strange 12 volt usb c plug, so not easily replaced.

This is such a great fan I bought 2 more for my camper. It's a well thought out fan coming w/lots of features such as being able to oscillate, lightweight and most of all very quiet. Hung it right above our heads in the camper therefore being quiet was one of the main objectives. Love that the remote simply magnetically attaches to the middle of fan face, smart. Seems very sturdy and works great all the way around.

Dark green color is perfect for my green-themed office. It comes with some items whose purpose is unknown as they are not shown anywhere in the assembly/mounting instructions, but I got it mounted just fine on the wall above a closet. The cord is not long enough to reach where most American buildings have their electical outlets very low on the wall. So I had to add an extension cord. You will need an extension cord unless you somehow have mid-wall outlets or you hang the fan pretty low on the wall. Seems to work fine! My only issue is that it seems to keep turning itself on?? There have been two instances now where I know I turned it off, leave the room, and then come back later and the fan is running. I will need to keep an eye on it to determine what is actually happening.

Mounted easy and is way more powerful that I expected it to be! Super good product for its price.

This is perfect for the small loft space at the top of my stairs. It won’t accommodate a fandelier but I need to keep air moving or it gets stuffy. I put this up and I don’t waste floor space with a fan, and it moves the air well and quietly. For a high wall mount the cable length is inadequate but you can get longer replacement cables cheap so you don’t have to use a bulky extension cord.

I purchased this fan a little over 6 months ago and it worked great for awhile. It’s has now stopped working. The remote if came with no longer works. If I use the buttons on the fan for it to turn on, it will work for awhile but does turn off. The mounting options were odd to start, but I made it work. There is an annoying clicking sound when it finished oscillating and is changing directions - easy to get used to but maybe bad design? The price I paid is not worth what I received. I did see some reviews that said their replacement was of better quality, so maybe I just got a bad unit. The airflow was really great and I loved the different speed settings. It’s also a beautiful color and blends in nicely without being overly obvious.

Bought this fan in early January 2026, 2 months later the swivel is broken. The plastic connector inside the fan broken, fan works just can't oscillate anymore. Disappointed in this product, I know most times on the complaints get reviewed on and normally I don't place positive reviews on products, but as a fan I liked the options it has which is why I chose the product but disappointed in that that the swivel broke so quickly, if the support was made of metal it probably would still be working.

Its a beautiful piece but its starting to make a squeaky sound when you put it on swing so annoying i have to keep putting oil to reduce the squeeking sound I could have bought something better for the price I wish i could return it but unfortunately its been two month now so i can't.

It works ok, but the fan speed constantly ramps up and down. It's tough to use as white noise while sleeping. I've tried different power supplies with USB-C connectors, but then it can't get past speed 1 even if I press the button. I bought two, both fans do this weird fan speed ramping thing.

The 10” fan is awesome. Lots of airflow. Love the variable speed. Exactly what I was looking for. The only reason I gave it a 4 out 5 is because of the instructions. The writing is so small you need magnifying glass to read them and they are not clear how it mounts to the bracket. U-Tube is a wonderful thing.
