Terrible product. “Put some tape over it”.
Many months on… these are terrible and not a replacement for the Nest at all! I’ve been talking to X-Sense support about the units flashing 60-70 times sporadically, they are close (2 metres) to the router… after several weeks X Sense support told me to “put some tape over it”! Also the one flash every minute is very bright so in the bedroom it’s annoying. I did think it had good range but Support told me there was a problem that the app would show “online” even if the device was offline. Really disappointed.
