Perfectly adequate.
The case is hard plastic and comes with this cardboard cutout that is extremely difficult to remove without damaging the screen protector. That’s the bad news. The good news is it seams high quality and is very minimalist. I like that you don’t have to dig open a flap to turn the ringer on/off. The opening to the charger is extremely narrow so watch for that when messing around with aftermarket lightning plugs.

Initial impressions
First things first: you definitely can open the charging port without a screwdriver, which some reviewers and Q&As have said otherwise. It's firm, but easily done by using the charger itself to pry it open. Secondly, this case is alot more slick than it sounds. The rubber on the sides intended to give a little shock absorption is pretty hard, to point of feeling almost plastic, so I question how shock absorbing it will actually be. The grooves on the side leave something to be desired as far as grip goes, as well. The plastic around the front and back seems a bit cheap, but honestly, I won’t know durable it actually is until I have more time with it. So far, it is waterproof, the charging port is definitely able to be opened without a screwdriver, and the grip is a little slick. If you are looking for a cheaper Lifeproof and are on board with those things, then this case will do just fine. Sidenote: the reason I went with this case instead of the Lifeproof was mainly because of the raised screen edging to help protect the front, which the Lifeproof FRE does not have, and they do not make a case for my particular iPhone model. Food for thought.

Worth the price to really protect ur phone!
Love this case! I bought 2 so my husbands phone is protected too, the only issue is we had to buy charger extenders and headphone extenders but, it’s worth it. Charger extenders were 2 for $10. I wouldn’t suggest submerging ur phone no matter what case u have, but for spills, rain or drops in puddles, these are amazing, plus I drop my phone a lot and it’s definately protected!

Great case, but narrow port openings.
This case was good, fit my new SE snugly and offered very solid protection. The built in screen protector still allowed for a fully functional screen, home button, et cetera, just took a little getting used to the touch. The price was also right. The big problem for me with this case was the narrowness of the port openings, particularly the opening for the lightning cable. It was very thin and did not accommodate the cables that I already have. (I have the heavier duty braided lightning cables which have a slightly bigger head than the standard Apple lightning cables.) I ended up returning the case for this specific reason, however if you're only using the standard Apple lightning cables, then this case would be perfect, and I would recommend it.

Excellent.
This phone is pretty cool! The only problem is the speakers (not very loud, muffled).

Charger port too small to fit even the original charger
I bought this case as a last replacement for my aging iPhone SE before I have to cave and buy a new phone. I didn't want to spent $50 on the bomb-proof Otter Box or LifeProof cases that I love so much, so I settle for this cheap thing instead. My biggest issue with this case is that the hole through which you plug in the charger is STUPID tiny! It's so small, both in length and width, that it would not even accommodate the original iPhone charger that came with the phone. I have 5 different charging cables of varying brands/types/sizes, and not a single one would fit into the tiny hole. Even with widening the hole on the case, I still have to shave down two of the chargers themselves to make them fit.So for me, that's my MAIN beef. In addition to that, its nowhere near as "water-proof" as the description claims it is. There are holes that go all the way through for the speaker, and the little rubber piece that's supposed to seal the charger/headphones hole when closed does not seal properly. Lastly, the touch screen is really insensitive to touch and the screen cover almost bubbles up away from the screen on the phone itself. This makes it so you have to push down extra hard for the phone case screen cover to touch the actual phone screen. The plastic that the case is made out of us super slippery, so you have to be pretty careful when manipulating it in your hands to not drop it.Overall, it works as an emergency/temporary phone case, but it's about as cheap as they come. Be prepared to shave down the hole for the charger, because it will be impossible to use without doing that. Good luck!

Good case, good quality and waterproof
Loved this case! fit an iPhone 5se snuggly. it was waterproof and protected the phone from the daily drops. felt a lot better with this case knowing my phone wouldn't shatter or break if I dropped it in water or on the ground.
