熱に強いエポキシパテはコレしか無い、他にも強度ならネジ切りできる物もあるけど、火器類に使うと溶ける、アルストの火口のオリフィス作りや、シングルバーナーのアルミと真鍮燃料ホースの違金属の接着に使った。300度かな、400度になると燃えて白くスカスカになりポロっと取れます。失敗したのを取り除く時はバーナーで燃やすのが早い。 以下、蛇足でレビュー 外付けの給湯器が凍結で配管が割れ水(お湯)が漏れたので、大家さんに修理を依頼したら、修理代の半分の金額を持ってくれと言われ10万も取られた、半分で10万？なら20万？新しいのと交換出来るのでは？と思ったが。業者が一人で来て修理、大家さんは近くに居なく自分もバイトで居ない平日昼間に立ち会いもなく、夕方帰宅した時は使える様になっていた。交換では無く修理。 どんな修理か本体のネジ止めを外して中を確認すると、1cmほど割れた熱交換機の銅パイプを何かで埋めただけ。その前の古い修理歴もあった。コレだけで高額な修理代？ その後すぐ引越しで就職の忙しい時期、クレームも付ける暇なく、年数たち偶然このJBウェルドを知り、あー、あの時は何か特殊な資材かと思っていたが正体はコレかと判り、JBウェルドを使う度にあの時の事を思い出し、コレで10万浮いたと自分を納得させってw、そんな事は無いですが、使う度にトラウマになってます。良い仕事をしてくれますね。

チューブから絞り出す時はかなり力が必要です。 むらにならない様に灰色になるまでしっかり混ぜないと固まりません。 臭いはちょっときつめですが、かなり固く固まります！

2回目の、購入です結構よかったです。

今までいろんなエポキシ接着剤を試したけど最強かも？硬化後に完全に固くなりヤスリがけできるのが良いと思います。

接着力はいいんだけど、チュウブが漏れているのかネバネバするし、なかなか中身が出てこないで苦労する。冬で気温が低いせいか判らないが。前回は日本語バージョンを購入したんだけど、ネバネバは同じだった。日本製でよいのがあるのではないかと思う。次はもういいです。

金属板の劣化個所及び瀬戸物の小さな欠け個所に使ってみましたが、双方しっかり固着して、やすり掛けもでき、表面をつるつるにできました。やっすりで削った感じでは固さは十分と思われ、２液の混ぜ合わせ、塗布も簡単に行えました。色がグレーですので、さすがに瀬戸物につけると目立ちますが、小さな欠けで気にならないレベルで有れば使用可能と思われます。捨てるにはもったいないものの補修には最適と思います。

２種類の混合型でかなり強固に接合できます。 それこそ硬化後の不要箇所の削除等の整形に苦労するほどです。 接合時にある程度整形しておくことをおすすめします。 耐熱性が高いというのも他の同種にはあまり見られない良い特徴の一つだと思います。 今回使用したかったパターンは２つで、１つはやや力がかかる比較的面の広いパーツの補修で熱がかかる箇所に近いのですが、硬化後はびくともしません。 熱でやや変色があるくらいです。 ２つ目は少し細いのですが衝撃が伝わるパーツで同じ細さに整形していました。 硬化後の頑丈さは申し分なかくそれなりの回数には耐えてくれましたが、やはり衝撃が伝わるからか接合箇所から折れてしまいました。 これらのことから私が使用したい環境では、盛り付けが可能で静圧や熱に強い反面、細い＆衝撃が伝わるようなパーツには適さない、とわかりました。 とは言え、強力なことに変わりなく、特にパーツの形状で溶接困難な箇所の接合や補修に効果を発揮すると思います。

2回ほど買いました。熱にもある程度強いですね。

El material se ha de mezclar bien, un tubo tiene la resina y el otro el endurecedor. Para que pegue bien las superficies han de estar bien limpias y dejar reposar mínimo 24h si se le quiere dar un uso intensivo a la pieza. Una vez secado tiene un aspecto de plástico gris. El equivalente en KG/cm2 es de 278,4156. Tenedlo en cuenta por si necesitáis una unión más potente.

I used JB Weld to repair a cracked toilet cistern after being told it would not be possible to repair it. I bought the industrial size tube and I am glad I did as it was smaller than I was expecting. I took the cistern off, laid it flat and spread the JB weld about 1 inch each side of the crack and about a quarter inch deep. I then left it to set for 24 hours. It sets as hard as rock and adhered effectively to the inside of the cistern - Great job all round and well worth the money it cost me. It's black so not good if you want a repair that does not show but for inside the cistern it was fine.

I used it in repairing washing machine hinge and in fixing granite pieces . It works very well .

JB Weld has been around for a long time and I have used it for a lot of different projects/repairs. It's a standard 2-part epoxy, containing the resin and a hardener (catalyst). The two won't work without being mixed together, and require equal part of each tube to harden properly. The thing that sets JB Weld apart is that it is reinforced with tiny steel filaments, a lot like polyurethane resin reinforced with fiberglass or body filler. This adds stability and rigidity so it creates a very strong bond. They say it has a tensile strength of 4,000 psi, which is pretty strong. Not the strongest, but pretty good! It's super easy to use, just mix equal parts from each tube together and mix until it turns a nice grey color. Once it turns grey, you'll have about 30 minutes to make the repair before it sets up and becomes unusable. I've found it works better if you mix slightly more than you feel you'll need because it seems to mix better in larger quantities, and mixing it in a container (like a mix cup or inside of a sports drink bottle cap). It's water proof, resists chemicals and petroleum products like oil, gasoline, diesel, grease, brake, hydraulic, and transmission fluid, and even solvents. I used it to repair a carburetor on my weed trimmer (an internal part that's submerged in gasoline), a knob on my Bowflex, a fitting on my RC car's exhaust (which gets bathed in highly corrosive nitro fuel constantly), and some other things I can't remember, and it's fantastic. Never had a problem unless it was my fault. I was able to grind it like steel, you can drill holes in it, run a tap in it, sand it, and cut it with a cutoff wheel no problem. Unless you need to fix a cracked engine block, the two 1 oz tubes will last for a while. Overall it's a great tool every home should have.
