コスパ良し......１日に6粒は多い気も？朝昼晩と2粒ずつ飲む様に心がけるも、つい飲み忘れます。 正直、効果の程はわからないけど、爪にはコラーゲンが良いと知って、割れやすいガタガタの爪育の為に飲んでます。 地味に効いてると良いんだけども。

私の場合は飲んだ直後は効果を実感できたのですが、少しすると飲まないのとあまり変わらなくなってしまいました。 続けるべきか悩みます…。
