Clean your grout lines FIRST, before applying a sealer of any kind. You never want to apply a sealer over dirty or discolored grout. They will remain that way! In my experience, I can recommend "Fresh Start 2000" as the best grout cleaner. Mix it with water. Use a spray bottle to apply. Scrub with a small stiff brush. Simple and easy to use and it will make your grout look new again. Full cure time for Aqua Mix Gold is 24 hours. Allow 30 minutes drying time between coats if applying more than 1 coat. Ready for surface traffic in 2 hours after final coat. Keep grout lines dry for 12 hours after final coat. Aqua Mix Gold penetrates grout. I recommend 2 coats for a long lasting protective seal. Did this darken the color of the grout and give it a "wet" look?

Just used on a light grout, anticipating some darkening. But surprisingly grout dried same light color as previous. Allowed sealer to soak in 10 minutes or more before wiping off excess. Great stuff!!!

Can I use sealer on natural STONE tile? which doesn't have glaze-finish.
