Q: Should the dial turn all the way to "0" for 60 minutes (making a solid circle of color)? Mine stops at "59", leaving a bit of white space.

The red disks for the Time Timer MOD® have a clear edge and will sometimes appear as though your timer can only be set to 59 minutes. The optional beep at the end of timing may also seem to be delayed by a few seconds because the entire disk, including the clear edge, must complete the rotation before time will be up. Q: Timer stopped working does not move anymore

This seems to be a common occurrence. Mine did the same.

Q: Does this come with the desktop software?

The Home Edition MOD do not come with the Free Desktop Software download, just the Educational Edition MOD does. If you have any other questions, please contact us at AMZsupport@timetimer.com.

Q: What color is Pale Shale? I can't tell from the photos or the name if the dial is a slate blue or a colorless grey.

The color for the MOD Home Edition- Pale Shale, is a gray/charcoal color. The disk is dark gray and makes a good contrast with the white face of the Timer. If you have any other questions, please email AMZsupport@timetimer.com.
