Perfect for my needs!
I actually bought these to make Die Hard Christmas ornaments. Being hinged the way they are it was easy to separate the two halves and use the deeper side for the ornaments. I think they worked out pretty darn good!

Great sized tin for sorting and storing small fiber art tools
I purchased these tins to create storage kits for my fiber arts projects and it worked out well. These tins are just the right size to hold a small measuring tape, tapestry needle, stitch markers, and scrap yarn. The tin was too small to contain my snips but that's okay. Now I have a set of fiber arts notions tins for each project I'm working on!
