Klock WerksFlare Billboard Windshield 19 3/8 Inch Clear FLHR

I bought this to replace the too tall 24" windshield on my '97 Road King. It was a bit of a pain to swap the hardware, but not too difficult. The shorter 19 3/8" allows me to see just over the top but it still pushes the wind up over my head. Riding with a half or full-face helmet is no problem. BUT, when riding with my soft lowers on I got a blast of cold air right in my face that I did not get with my previous shield.

I have...no HAD a wind buffeting issue with my 2013 FLD. I looked several different options to reduce the buffeting. I had buffeting so bad I could not see and felt like I needed a mouth guard just to ride above 65mph. I am 5"8" and wear a full face(I know, ditch the helmet, I'm military so not an option). Called the manufacturer, they advised against looking through the windshield, but I bought the tall windshield anyway. I can see over if I sit up, through if I slump. Either way no more buffeting and can now enjoy my Switchback on the open road. Rolled her up to a nice speed, (lets say about 25-30% above posted on interstate;)...no buffeting and front end seemed nice and stable. Have not had a chance to ride in all conditions, so could be some unforeseen drawbacks. Time will tell there.Worked for me!

Purchased this for my 1994 Road King. The fit was good and it worked very well. I did have to slightly lower my handle bars to avoid hitting the front master cylinder. That actually worked out nicely because my hand position is more comfortable now.
