Pretty decent, and good taste.
Hard to find a good protein bars in Japan, so was happy that Amazon carries a few different varieties.

These protein bars are delicious and they have 20 grams of protein! They are a great filler for when my husband and I don’t get our daily amount of protein. They taste like a candy bar and are not gritty. I think they are priced right too.

Usually anything with protein will have a distinct taste, and although these protein bars are not the best i've tasted, they're actually not bad. Will buy again.

The bars arrive melted as obviously the car the driver is using is without AC....this needs to be fixed.
