Stellar Customer Service.
These are Great! Granted they are not like wearing earbuds or a headset, yet when riding my bicycle I'm able to hear my surroundings and that's worth it for me.Aug 9th: They stopped working. Reset them, powered them back up and repaired them to my phone and the music would only play when you held the button down, which is what you do to power the unit down, which it would. So they lasted about a month. Very disappointing.Same day Customer service contacted me, verified my address and sent me another headset. They sent it the next day and received it two days later.Great company that stands by their product. Stellar customer service.
