#1 Best Electrolyte Supplement with Magnesium Bicarbonate (Powder, 32 Servings)

Overrated

I ended up throwing out part of one it's not good at all and it clumps up at the bottom even if you shake it up Everyday

These are great, I keep them in my purse and use them as needed. Most people are deficient in Magnesium, this is a great way to get some of the benefits.

I have been using the liquid with amazing results.Since the powder came out I can take it with me when I travel. Love it !!WL
