買ってから時間が経ってますが、問題なく使えてます。いい商品だと思います

PCに挿すだけですぐに使え、専用ソフトウェアのダウンロードや設定は必要ありませんでした。 PCから少し離れるときにワイヤレスイヤホンを接続して使っていますが、ペアリングや接続もスムーズです。ワイヤレスイヤホンに接続するとPCの有線イヤホンからは自動的に音が出なくなり、イヤホンをケースに戻すとPC側の有線イヤホンへ自動で切り替わるため、とても便利に使えています。距離は8メートルくらいは途切れることなく届いています。 一方で、私はオーディオミキサーを使ってゲーム機の音とPCの音を同時に聞くことがありますが、本製品経由でワイヤレスイヤホンを使用すると、ゲーム機の音は聞こえなくなってしまいました。この点は使用環境によっては注意が必要だと思います。 この点を除けば、接続の安定性や使い勝手には満足しており、手軽にPCでBluetooth機能を利用したい方にはおすすめできる製品です。

PCのBluetoothのつながりが不安定なのでこちらを接続したら安定してきた。 USBに本品を刺すだけなので簡単だった。ごくたまに繋がらない時があるので星4個です。

Thankfully mine arrived as bluetooth 5.4 and plugged in as bluetooth 5.4, you really only need to install the drivers if your OS is below windows 10, otherwise it is plug and play. I picked UB500 ver 5.4 because it is finally backwards compatible with UB500 ver 4.0 Switch Pro Gamepads. If your Switch Pro Gamepad still is not connecting remember that Bluetooth can only accept a maximum of 7 connections (even when they are off!) Also check if devices with their own wireless dongles are connected (those count too!). After figuring those all out it was been real smooth sailing. The connection feels sharper and stronger, input speed was amazing during gaming. Please do not get stuck with UB500 ver 5.3 it has soo many glitches, if you get sent that instead please tell amazon to send you the correct version.

As usual TP link delivers. It works great, didn't give me trouble, not even once.

デスクトップPCをプライベート用と仕事用の2台持っているのですが、プライベート用は何もしなくてもBluetooth接続できたのですが、仕事用はなぜかBluetoothを検出できずエラーが出てしまいました。 他の方のコメントで自分でサイトに行きドライバを落として更新しないと5.4にならないと見かけたので、試しにドライバを更新したところちゃんと検出できるようになりました。 自分でドライバを更新できる人であればいいですが、知識がまるでない方には不親切だと思います。 接続がうまくいかない方もそうでない方も、出来るようであればドライバの更新することをお勧めします。
