Jane Fonda's Workout Collection [DVD] [Import]

I used to do the New Workout “back in the day”, and loved it. It’s what I would call total body aerobic conditioning as she works you from head to toe. I was beyond excited to find out that this was part of a series and didn’t hesitate to part with my money to get the set. Also I love that this includes an easy and low impact workout too. Doing these a couple of times a week use to keep me so fit. I’d also recommend Mari Windor’s Pilates series.

Empecé con las cintas VHS de Jane Fonda cuando era adolescente, las dejet en mis treintas y las retomé el año pasado...sigo recordando las coreografías y Jane Fonda sigue cumpliendo su promesa: quemar grasa y dar resultados contundentes en cada una de sus clases. Te duelen músculos que no sabías que tenías 😁😁😁 y recuerdas lo fuerte que puedes ponerte con cada clase, no importa el vídeo...she delivers and I will love her forever! ,🥰🤗

I have been using the original workout for 40 years. Great to stay in shape. I now have variance in multiple types of workouts.

I absolutely LOVE this boxed set! Jane Fonda IS THE ORIGINAL!!!!!!!!!! The exercises are doable, even at my age (50). I am so happy because it's nothing crazy. You also have many different sections to choose from, so you'll never get bored. You can do longer or shorter sessions, and you can also choose from easier and more intense exercise programmes. Sooo Haaappy!!! 😁
