I struggled for YEARS trying to get pictures uploaded to my computer from my iPhone. It was always a frustrating process and could honestly never be completed in its entirety because so many error messages would pop up. Enter this USB stick. It's amazing! Just insert it into your iPhone, select your pictures to upload through the app, then insert into your computer and copy the images over. So glad I got this item.

It worked great until the adapter broke. Can o order another adapter separately. I also bought the protection plane for it but it's taking forever ever to go through my email.

The set up for this device was reasonably straightforward, but the device was unusable after the first backup. Here are the details: I plugged the drive into my phone and I was prompted to install the app which manages the file transfer. Unfortunately, my phone battery died during the initial backup. After recharging my phone to 100%, I tried to do another backup. The app (or the phone) did not recognize the drive. As a result, I could not do a file transfer. I then tried plugging the drive into another phone and another computer—no response. I the uninstalled the app, turned the phone off, turned it back on and reinstalled the app. No response. No recognition of the drive. After trying similar techniques and reading the instructions, I included that the flash drive was unusable. Since the drive was no longer recognized by the app (or any phone or computer), I am also unsure of what, if any, information was copied to the drive during the original transfer. As a result, I am not going to return it. This item is either part of a scam or just a very low quality product. Do not waste your time or money on this flash drive. It does not work.

This item was complicated for people at my age. I was not able to use. However, was described well just waiting for someone of the younger bracket to show me how to use.
