As others have said. There’s issues with dissolving. Doesn’t mix well. I like to put it in a water bottle and shake away to mix. I also like to mix it into whatever I may be drinking. Most of that is cold. I haven’t tried hot liquid. But for me, even with constant agitation, it just doesn’t mix well. See the photo with all the leftovers at the bottom of the bottle after shaking it with each sip, trying to at least mix it in quickly before drinking (but still failing).

This is perfect to add to my coffee every morning to get the extra electrolytes I need for my dysautonomia condition! No real taste at all when in coffee. Tastes awful in just plain water though!

No matter how I mix I always have a lot of powder still floating or at the bottom. This happens with both the unflavored and lemonade ones. I like this brand overall, we have regularly used the BCAA powder for quite a while but the hydration powder just isn’t working.

I bought the unflavored version and it’s honestly awful. It doesn’t mix well at all—it just sinks to the bottom like sand, even when I tried it in hot tea. It also made the taste of the drink weirdly unbearable, which is saying a lot for something that’s supposed to be unflavored. I really wanted to like this, but it’s a no from me.

It's helped with dehydration. It's worked really well for my wife. So glad we were informed about this item.

Do not purchase! Product does not dissolve. It sits at the bottom of the glass like sand. I experimented and let it sit in a glass of water all day and it still didn’t dissolve.
